These jobs provide us with challenges in conflict management and customer relations when there is alcohol involved.
We have many repeat customers and deal with events with up to 20,000 people in attendance including the well-known Download Festival. Over the summer months we start our festivals in April and work right through until September. Our staff often put in long hours but will always provide effective and customer friendly service. Staff we select to work at festivals will have had experience of this work and we will also normally send a Director with the team as a team leader to ensure the smooth running of your event.
We can also provide stewards for the non-SIA requirements of festivals.
